Central Park has always fascinated me. It's larger than what most people expect and is constantly filled with people. It is the most green that you'll see in the city and people take full advantage of it and enjoy it's beauty.
We took a horse and carriage tour ride around the park. It was nice because he pointed out all the interesting spots in the park where movies have been filmed and such that you wouldn't know otherwise.
Carousel ride in the park? Sure, why not.
After following my friend Heidi's blog who is living in the city and visits amazing spots, I found a fun little picture of the Brooklyn Bridge with a park and a nice spot to have a picnic lunch. The day before his family left we headed out.
