A few of her favorite things...

At almost 17 months now I think it's safe to say Claire has developed quite a personality. I've learned very quickly that she is completely different than Norman was as a baby. She's feisty, curious, loud, outspoken, very aware of what's going on and so on. She's also clung to a few every day go-tos.

 For instance:

Eating is always a favorite past-time. Looking through pictures it never surprises me how many our taken with Claire in her high chair. So typical.

Climbing. She figured this out much sooner than I would've preferred. 

Yes the chair is stacked on the table. That's because we had one too many falls that day.

Climbing up the three flights of stairs has helped my pregnant back but not my nerves.

 Aggravating her brother is always fun.

He was playing a computer game until....

That was his breakfast until...

Norman was wearing that one day until...

 Anything to do with water and she'll be there.

 Holding Normans hand is always a must.

This sweet boy holds her hand anytime we are in the car. Imagine his excitement on our 5 hour drive to Maryland.

Fit throwing 101.

Her favorite person to give kisses to.

 Her must have items to sleep with.

 Blanket and fafa (as the Beatty kids have grown to call it).

 Her stroller. Or her favorite chair as of late.

And last but not least, her love of watching Jeopardy with her Dad. When the music comes on, she'll stop what she's doing and run to the tv and start dancing. She'll usually sit on Norms lap during the show yelling out answers at the tv just like Daddy. She even knows when Final Jeopardy comes on and begins the clapping and dancing all over again.

This girl is a gem. A real joy to be around and brings so much excitement to our every day lives. When we talk about Claire we can sum her up in one word: Fun.
